8jlcom Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 8jlcom platform, accessible at 8jlcom.net and any associated mobile or web application. "8jlcom", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of this platform. "You" or "Player" refers to any registered or prospective user of 8jlcom services.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or by simply browsing the 8jlcom website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8jlcom. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and use 8jlcom, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are of sound mind and acting of your own free will.

8jlcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include a valid government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and where required, source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on 8jlcom. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, using a different email address, or by any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8jlcom login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account while using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 8jlcom support immediately.

8jlcom reserves the right to verify account information at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified or that contain demonstrably false information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

8jlcom accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted subject to your card issuer's policies.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your name — are not accepted and will be returned.

8jlcom does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any fees applied by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are the responsibility of the depositing player and are outside of 8jlcom's control.

All account balances and transactions on 8jlcom are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 8jlcom does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the 8jlcom account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawals will only be sent to an account or wallet registered in the same name as your 8jlcom account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and any such request will be declined.

Before your first withdrawal, 8jlcom will require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. The documents typically requested are a valid government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within the last three months).

Players must wager their initial deposit at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit amount can be processed. This requirement does not apply to any bonus funds — bonus-specific wagering requirements are outlined in Section 6.

8jlcom does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. We reserve the right to investigate and delay withdrawal requests that are flagged by our compliance systems. In such cases, we will notify the player and request any additional documentation required to proceed.

8jlcom offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page within the 8jlcom platform.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all 8jlcom bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion, typically 20x–40x) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and card games may contribute 10%–20%; sports bets may contribute 100% of qualifying bets. Exact contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins or free bets expire within 7 days of being credited unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum single bet or wager is ₱500 unless the promotion specifically states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

Refer-a-Friend bonuses are subject to the terms published on the Refer a Friend page. VIP Club rewards are governed by the terms published on the VIP Club page.

All casino games available on 8jlcom — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, card games, fishing games, and bingo — are provided by third-party game developers and are subject to each game's own rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 8jlcom will follow the game provider's published policy for handling incomplete rounds. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will generally be returned to the player's balance.

8jlcom reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a technical error on our systems or on the part of the game provider that has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game provider and are available within the game's information screen or help section. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports betting on 8jlcom is governed by these general Terms as well as the specific rules published within the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, the specific sports betting rules take precedence for betting-related matters.

Odds are quoted in Decimal format by default. Players may change their preferred odds display format (Decimal, Fractional, American, Malay) in their account settings. All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body.

Key sports betting rules on 8jlcom include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 8jlcom reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are binding once confirmed on screen. Network delay is the player's responsibility.
• If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed for more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") — including but not limited to system glitches producing incorrect odds — may result in bets being voided at 8jlcom's discretion.
• Maximum single bet and maximum payout limits apply by sport and market type. These are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

8jlcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time notifications, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

If you choose to self-exclude from 8jlcom, your account will be suspended for the period you select. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. 8jlcom will also suppress any promotional communications to your account during this period. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the duration selected and cannot be reversed early.

8jlcom reserves the right to enact protective measures on accounts that display signs of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to: implementing deposit limits, requesting a self-assessment, or escalating the account for review by our responsible gaming team. This is not a punitive action — it is a protective one, consistent with our duty of care to players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8jlcom and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account on 8jlcom.
• Using a false identity, someone else's identity, or stolen payment credentials to register or transact.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using 8jlcom to launder money.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or any other platform feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any 8jlcom game or system — including deliberately seeking such glitches. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion would create an unfair advantage.
• Charging back or reversing payment transactions after the corresponding funds have been used for gaming.
• Accessing 8jlcom from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the platform's promotional systems.

8jlcom employs security monitoring systems that continuously scan for suspicious activity. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, 8jlcom will cooperate fully with relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

8jlcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will receive written notice before any balance adjustment is made.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• A request from you to close your own account.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact 8jlcom support via live chat. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable processing.

8jlcom collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on 8jlcom, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

The personal information you provide — including your name, address, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — will only be used for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions where you have opted in to marketing.

8jlcom will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data with regulated third parties (payment processors, identity verification providers, game developers, and regulators) strictly to the extent necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 8jlcom's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account balance at the time the dispute arises.

8jlcom is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet outages, power failures, or events outside 8jlcom's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8jlcom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection laws.

8jlcom reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where the change is required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of 8jlcom following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using 8jlcom and contact support to initiate account closure and any applicable withdrawal of your remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of 8jlcom that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to first attempt resolution through 8jlcom's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, players may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
